The director and principal Alex von Vivenot spent 10+ years building commercial and residential properties from the ground up. It was always difficult to convey the detail of the build to real estate agents who had no experience in construction. Therefore Alex decided to sell the properties himself and offer the potential buyers the details, knowledge, understanding and passion that goes into the build. So, Von V Property Agents was born. Over this time, he has formed extensive and trusted relationships and networks across South East Queensland so there is really no one better to partner with to achieve your real estate goals.

How do we keep our marketing costs down over other estate agents? We keep it in house! Alex’s wife is the director of Von V Media agents who consults for us on all things Media. We get mates rates for photography, drone shots, videography, social media marketing and brochure design. Her years of corporate experience, artistic flair and Masters in Business Administration makes her advice invaluable, and again the mates rates are great which we pass on straight to you!
